Ceramic Coating for Your Motorcycle

A nano-ceramic layer over the tank, fairings and painted panels — so fuel splashes, road grime and chain fling wipe off instead of settling in.

Why coating a motorcycle is a different job

The tank takes fuel, not just weather

Petrol runs down the tank flank at almost every fill. On an uncoated finish that means repeated wiping exactly where your knees and the filler cap already sit. A coated tank sheds a splash instead of holding it against the paint.

Chain fling and road grime release more easily

Lube thrown off the chain lands on the swingarm, rear panels and wheel. It comes off a coated surface with far less scrubbing — and scrubbing is what puts marks into paint.

Most bikes live outdoors

A motorcycle rarely gets a garage. That means more sun on the tank, more dew, and more of the mineral-heavy water this city runs on drying on the surface between rides.

Complex surfaces, coated by hand

Fairings, mudguards, tank flanks and side panels are curved, vented and interrupted by fasteners. There is no large flat area to work across, so the whole job is done panel by panel by hand.

Gloss that survives the wash routine

Bikes get cleaned more often than cars and usually with less equipment. Making each of those washes gentler is most of what protects the finish over a year.

How it works

  1. Bring the bike to our Adugodi studio
  2. Full decontamination wash, including the areas behind the fairings
  3. Paint correction where the finish needs it
  4. Coating applied by hand across tank, fairings and painted panels
  5. Controlled curing and a final inspection before handover

Why 1 Year Bike Ceramic Coating

Our 1-Year Bike Ceramic Coating is a complete transformation for your motorcycle. Using advanced nanotechnology, the coating bonds at a molecular level with the paint on your fuel tank, fairings and body panels, creating an invisible shield that repels water, dirt and road grime. Unlike traditional wax that lasts weeks, the ceramic coating provides 12 months of continuous protection with minimal maintenance. The 9H hardness rating means superior resistance to light scratches and swirl marks, while the hydrophobic properties send water sliding straight off — reducing water spots and making the bike far easier to clean. The deep gloss enhancement keeps every painted surface looking showroom-fresh.

What's included

  • Post-application care kit and maintenance guide included

How the job works

  • Thorough Washing & Decontamination: We start with a complete foam wash to remove surface dirt, followed by a clay bar treatment to eliminate embedded contaminants, tar, and industrial fallout that regular washing can't remove.
  • Iron Remover Treatment: Application of professional iron remover to dissolve metallic particles and brake dust that have bonded to your paint surface, ensuring a perfectly clean base for coating.
  • Paint Correction & Polishing: Using professional-grade polishing machines, we remove minor scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation. This step is crucial for achieving that perfect mirror-like finish under the ceramic coating.
  • Surface Preparation & Panel Wipe: The paint is thoroughly wiped down with isopropyl alcohol-based panel wipe to remove any oils, polishing residue, or contaminants that could affect coating adhesion.
  • Ceramic Coating Application: Our certified technicians carefully apply the 9H hardness ceramic coating panel by panel, ensuring even coverage and proper bonding at the molecular level for maximum durability.
  • Curing & Final Inspection: The coating is left to cure properly in our controlled environment. After curing, we perform a detailed inspection and water bead test to ensure perfect application and coverage.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the ceramic coating last?

Our 1-Year Ceramic Coating is engineered to last 12 months with proper care and maintenance. Following the care instructions we provide will ensure maximum durability.

How is this different from regular wax?

Traditional wax lasts only 4-8 weeks and provides minimal protection. Ceramic coating creates a permanent bond with your paint at the molecular level, offering superior protection for 12 months. It's also much harder (9H vs wax's soft layer) and provides better UV, chemical, and scratch resistance.

Will ceramic coating prevent all scratches?

While our 9H hardness ceramic coating provides excellent protection against minor scratches and swirl marks from washing, it cannot prevent deep scratches from impacts or sharp objects. It significantly reduces the risk of wash-induced scratches and maintains your paint's clarity.

How should I maintain the coating?

Maintenance is simple: use pH-neutral bike shampoo, avoid automatic washes with harsh brushes, and use microfiber towels for drying. We provide a detailed maintenance guide and care kit to help you preserve the coating's performance.

Can ceramic coating be applied to any motorcycle?

Yes! Ceramic coating works on all paint colours and paint types. However, we perform paint correction first to ensure your bike looks its best before coating. Even older bikes can achieve stunning results.

How long does the application process take?

The complete process takes 6-8 hours including paint preparation, correction, coating application, and curing. We recommend leaving your bike with us for the day to ensure perfect results.

Is the coating safe for my bike paint?

Absolutely! Our ceramic coating is 100% safe and actually enhances paint protection. It creates a sacrificial layer that protects your original paint from UV damage, oxidation, and environmental contaminants.

What happens after 1 year?

After 12 months, you can opt for a reapplication to maintain protection. The coating degrades gradually, so you'll still have some protection beyond the 1-year mark, but a fresh coat restores full protection and shine.
